We’re excited to have you join us for the 2025 season! Below you'll find all the information you need to get started, including fee details, a link to Football Ontario's National Registry, and helpful resources for financial aid to support youth participation in sports.

SPRING / SUMMER 2026

Rep (Peewee, Bantam, Junior Varsity, Senior Varsity)

Rep Fee $875 regular + Fundraising
**(Players that participate in the Association wide fundraiser will have the final $200 installment of their fees waived should they sell the required amount of tickets prior to May 1st, 2025. ) 



ALL EQUIPMENT RENTALS REQUIRE A $500 POST-DATED CHEQUE (DATED TO AUGUST 31, 2026). IF EQUIPMENT IS NOT RETURNED AT THE END OF THE SEASON, CHEQUES WILL BE CASHED, OTHERWISE, CHEQUE WILL BE RETURNED WHEN EQUIPMENT IS RETURNED.

AGES

The Hawkeyes encourage and support players over the age of 12 purchasing their own equipment. 
Special pricing on equipment will be made available to all those that are interested.

FALL 2026

Football Ontario National Registry

What is the National Registry?

The National Registry is a mandate set forth by Football Canada for all participants to register with the National Sport Organization (NSO). All Football Ontario members and registered participants must also register with the NSO as do most other sports. Football Ontario has implemented their registration process with the National Registry to provide one point of registration for both the PSO and NSO.

Who needs to sign up?

The National Registry will be for all Players, Coaches, Volunteers, & Officials competing in Football Ontario sanctioned actives.

Their goal is to increase opportunities for children in underserved communities to participate in sports, which can help with their development, both physically and socially.

3. KidSport Canada

KidSport is a national organization that offers financial assistance to children aged 18 and under to help cover registration fees for sports programs. KidSport's mission is to remove financial barriers so children can experience the positive impact of sports.
