yeah boys and girl tonight we get to strap em up and get rough and rowdy. now parents if your athlete has never been in contact sports before there are 3 probable things that are going to happen. 1 they will take to it right away and love contact. 2 it might take time but one day a switch will go off and they will live for it. or 3 they will never like or get used to being hit. the last 2 take time to find out and being a little scared of contact at first is normal so if they finish practice tonight and say I don't like it stick with it for a season or 2 they just might surprise you. oh and try not to be like my mom was when your child gets hit stay seated and try not to lose your mind ( that's normal at first too ) the whole coaching staff are looking out for them. now let's have a good practice.

so mother nature has decided tonight's not the night to strap on the armour for the first time but Thursday we can brush of the dust and warm them up I'm looking forward to seeing who falls in love with contact
